Information Commissioners Office
The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is an independent public body in the UK with a website providing information and access to ICO services. Having an obligation to provide this in Welsh, using LinguaSkin as an ‘overlay’ was considerably easier and more cost-effective than changing the existing site and CMS.
ParentPay
Parentpay is used by a number of Local Authorities in Wales to enable parents to manage payments for school dinners and other services. LinguaSkin is deployed as part of the ParentPay cloud solution, providing all their customers with a bilingual interface.
University of the Highlands and Islands
Gaelic (Gàidhlig) crucially important to the University of the Highlands and Islands and its students. So much so that the ability to easily add Gaelic support to their Tribal SITS:Vision applications module was compelling, even moreso with our Cloud option meaning minimal hassle for their IT team.
PembrokeShire County Council
Pembrokeshire County Council use NEC (formerly Northgate) Citizens Access and Housing Management. Though these can be configured with multiple languages, Pembrokeshire found the ease of implementation and maintenance of LinguaSkin to be compelling and enabled complete language equality.
Valeo
Valeo Management Europe use the StarRez resident self-service portal to enable students using their accommodation to apply and manage all aspects of their room rental. LinguaSkin enhances the monolingual (English) StarRez solution to add Spanish and Portuguese.
Development Bank Wales
The Development Bank of Wales overhauled and replaced their online loan application process with a Microsoft Power Pages portal. With previous experience in the ease of implementing Linguakina and needing this portal to be available in multiple languages, the choice was obvious.
