We are fully committed to protecting your privacy, we understand and value how important it is. We promise your data will always be treated with the utmost respect. 3. Collected Information

ISL will, at all times, comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). ISL will only collect and process your data if we have a legal right to do so. Ways of which we would collect your data are outlined below:

3.1 At times collecting your personal information is a necessity. We need your name and either a phone number or email address for us to reply to you when you contact us.

3.2 If you sign up for our newsletter you will be giving consent for us to contact you via that email address. We promise never to spam your email and it will only be used for us to share new and exciting things happening here at ISL. If you would like to unsubscribe from the mailing list you can do so at any time, just click unsubscribe on your mailing list email or contact us at info@interceptorsolutions.com and we’ll ensure you’re removed.

3.3 Addresses, e-mail addresses and/or phone numbers received as part of an enquiry (i.e. via a contact form) are only retained as long as the enquiry remains open and the information is deleted from our database 28 days after the enquiry is considered closed.

3.4 If legally required, in order to comply with the law, we may, under very rare circumstances, need to release data about specific individual(s).

3.5 As referenced in 1, your personal data will never be sold, rented or leased to any third parties.

4. Sharing your data

At times we need to share some of your personal data to third parties in order for us to best fulfil our commitment to you. These third parties are outlined below:

IT and Digital Support Services – Those who support the efficiency, maintenance and hosting of our website;

Email Provider – When we’re replying to an email, or if you’ve signed up to receive email newsletters we will send and receive emails via our email provider. This is currently Microsoft Office 365, but this may change in the future and we will update this Privacy Policy if/when this happens.

5. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files that are stored on a user’s computer whilst visiting a website. They allow us to learn how you arrive on our website, for example; from social media, and how you navigate through our website. This allows us to analyse specifics such as which content you like the best, so we can improve your journey and our content to best suit your preferences.

Functionality Cookies – These cookies allow our website to remember the browsing decisions you make whilst shopping on our website, for example; remembering your language preference. They also help us to better layout the content on our website according to which content is the most popular.

Step 1. Confirm that you’re running version 5 or later of Apple’s Safari browser, and then click the Gears menu in the upper-right corner of the Safari window. From there, select Reset Safari. In this window, check the bottom box, ‘Remove all website data’.

Step 2. Check the bottom box, labelled Remove all website data. You can uncheck everything else if you want to remove only cookies.

Step 3. Click the Reset button to eliminate all cookies associated with Safari.

6. Protecting Your Information

ISL have made appropriate efforts to ensure any information saved with us is safe and secure. We have also ensured that any third parties as referenced in 4 are of a high quality and are well respected industry leaders in their field and/or when appropriate, GDPR compliant.

7. Your Rights

You have a lot of rights surrounding your data and how it is used and processed, and we will support you in those rights.

Information Held – You have the right to request the information that may be held about you at any time. Please note we only hold information we feel is essential in delivering and offering you the best possible online experience and/or supports the growth of our small business via marketing and advertising.

Data Deletion – You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data held at ISL at any time. Providing we no longer need that information in order to complete our transaction with you, your information can be removed from our systems. An exception to this would be if we are required by law to hold your information for legal reasons. If this is the case you will be notified.

Data Updating – You have the right to contact us to update and/or correct any of your personal information we might hold about you at any time.

Data Objection – Whilst we feel we have viable reasons for processing your data, you can still object to the use of that data either in part or in full. However please note some data is necessity for us to fulfil our contracts with you and your objection in its processing may result in us being unable to fulfil our commitment to you as our customer – sorry.

Right to Complain – If you ever have concerns about how we handle your information you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). However, we continue to strive for the best and we would value the opportunity to discuss any concerns with you first and try to resolve/address any issues with you directly.
